ControlNetXL (CNXL) – A collection of controlnet models for SDXL

This collection strives to create a convenient download location of all currently available controlnet models for SDXL. If you are the author of one of these models and don’t want it to appear here, please contact me to sort this out. The naming scheme of the files follows lllyasviel’s from here https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/sd_control_collection/tree/main.

Setup instructions: To be able to use these controlnet models in the Automatic1111 webui you need to change your active branch to the dev one with the command git checkout dev executed in the root folder of your webui. Update with a git pull after that. Additionally you need to switch your sd-webui-controlnet extension to the sdxl branch by executing git checkout sdxl in the root folder of the extension, again followed by a git pull to update it (don’t use the built in extension updater).

This is all still very experimental, so bugs and weird behaviour are to be expected. If you encounter any irregularities you can join us on our discord ans ask for support. Please refrain from flooding the controlnet devs with bug reports at this time (unless you follow their sanity check routine for testing), as they are probably very busy atm to get everything working correctly. The SDXL-support of the extension is slated for official release on 2023 Sep. 5.
